I have been highly disappointed with Parcel Monkey. I will now find another shipping company.

As we informed the parcel has been hold by UK customs for inspection since 1st Nov. Once they released then it will out for delivery. We are coordinating with them and keep you updated.

VAT incorrectly Charged

The VAT was only applied as the value of two separate parcels which were sent by me a week apart were added together. The VAT would not have been due had the first parcel been dispatched sooner.

No problems with the actual delivery but I subsequently received an additional charge for VAT when none was due.

As we double checked and the charges were imposed by UK customs as valid charge.
