I am really impressed with Parcel Monkey, so much better than using the Post Office, better pricing and much quicker international delivery.

Dropped and crushed the 68 pound parcel.

My package went all the way to the customer's city, was not delivered, but made the whole trip back, and left on my front doorstep, damaged.
The 68 pound box had apparently been dropped on a corner to create a very large crushed corner. The commercial coffee maker, though protected by cardboard offsets and foam spacers, bent part of the base, and knocked the metal cover loose. I can no longer sell it as "Good Operating Condition."
