I tried this service to send a package to a cousin in Denmark and I wanted it there as soon as possible. I dropped it off at FedEx. For four days the tracking showed only that it was in a facility somewhere out by LAX. Nothing changed for four days so I was getting worried, using this service for the first time. I had no other way to inquire about why it was not moving. Then late yesterday I check again and it was delivered! Relief! My only complaint then is the lack of tracking information for four days.

Disappointed

Disappointed.
Order no.PMS715ZH
Shipment going to India from USA.
Expected time of delivery promised: 2 - 5 days.
Actual time to deliver: 10 days.
This is an email to express extreme disappointment in terms of the service
provided by parcel monkey. I chose this service because they offered a good
price and time to deliver my parcel.
But to my disappointment it took longer than it should have. I dropped off
my parcel on saturday the 7th of April. And even if you consider 5 working
days. It should've reached the latest by 13th April. Due to the delay in
delivery I missed my due date to submit the documents and have to suffer
the consequences.
Iam really disappointed with the poor service, the lack of recognition of
the delay and no compensation for the same.Agent replied on 04/19/18

Your shipment was delivered on business day 6 . The delay in transport was first because of customs in India which can be difficult as I am sure that you are aware and also because the recipient initially refused delivery of the item.
