A shaky start as DHL do not pick up in my area. This was not brought to my attention at any point in the booking process. Once this was sorted 4 day delivery door to door Czech Republic to USA - very good.

Super quick, trouble free

DHL were the more expensive option, but you get what you pay for. I selected the DHL 1-6 day express option. My parcel was picked up from Spain the same day and arrived at the UK destination address in less than 24 hours! Parcel monkey made the whole process so easy. The only gripe I had is that I needed to print 2 extra copies of the label, which I wasn't aware of. Will definitely recommend and use again.
