No shipping labels produced on your end

I tried to ship 2 boxes to Australia and both times was canceled... due to technically difficulty that you never cleared up or had resolved on your end. I was patient and you told me to try again in a week... so I did and again the same issues and wasted my whole day trying to send my daughter a package... You never give any compensation or discounts for someone who has used your company for over 5 years.. You only give sorry for the inconvenience ... well thats not good customer service... I have worked in CS for years and you resolve your issues or give discounts to loyal customers.. you do not keep apologizing over and over again... it gets old... people do find other carriers that give great customer service.. I hope this goes to the top to let your service know that this is not the way to run a business.

Regret for the issue. We have checked your booking confirm the parcel was delviered on 21st March within 5 business days.

Amazing rates for shipping to China.

Wow… amazing rates for international shipping to China. Saved me over $200 from shipping directly from major carriers, even though the major carriers were still used. Yes it took little longer, but it still go there!

Parcel Monkey is a Fraud

Paid $128 for a small package (eye glasses) that was sent to a hotel in Greece from Colorado. Service said 5-6 days for delivery. Nine days later and the package still hasn't arrived and the person who needed the glasses is now departing.
Absolute waste of $128. I have contacted Parcel Monkey numerous times for support and received nothing. Definitely the last time I use Parcel Monkey and I will do my best not to use DHL.
Parcel Monkey has no customer support and will leave you with a bill but no delivery. There are dozens of other companies that provide the same service but actually respond and help their customers. Parcel Monkey is not a service I trust or would recommend ever again.Agent replied on 05/07/24
Apologies for the inconveneince. As DHL advised earlier the parcel is in destination customs clearance process. Once it is released then it will out for delivery.
