DHL failed to enter company names entered upon parcel monkey order when creating label and AWB. The shipment was held in customs. No assistance provided by parcel monkey.

The company responded to me only after I posted a terrible review
Parcel Monkey - never use them! No response or customer service
They have no phone number. THey never responded to chat. The forms that they had me fill out for shipment were incorrect and painting couldn’t clear customs where it has been for weeks.
I have called DHL dozens of times and they say the problem is with the original service is by Parcel monkey .
Parcel MONKEY would not respond or assist . And now my painting is stuck in customs for all eternity.
DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY EVER!!!Agent replied on 04/19/23
Please note that we have received the parcel on 17th Apr and the same day handed over to DHL express, here is the tracking ref# 1911896862 and it is in movement.
