The company responded to me only after I posted a terrible review
Parcel Monkey - never use them! No response or customer service
They have no phone number. THey never responded to chat. The forms that they had me fill out for shipment were incorrect and painting couldn’t clear customs where it has been for weeks.
I have called DHL dozens of times and they say the problem is with the original service is by Parcel monkey .
Parcel MONKEY would not respond or assist . And now my painting is stuck in customs for all eternity.
DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY EVER!!!

paid for express and was going to be picked up in 5 days.

paid for dhl express.... pickup is by fedex not next day but in 5 days??!
