this shipment was a complete cluster-frig. The shipment stood still for a week and now I'm seeing an additional charge for "remote delivery" I've made several times before (to the same location) without such a charge. This is the last shipment with parcel monkey. F*ck you. I will work to poison as many relationships as I can for your firm.

DHL was great. The slowness of parcel monkey was terrible. In the past they shipped directly from SFO to Auckland. This time it went by truck from nor cal to Chicago to Cincinnati where it sat for days at both

As a customer based in the UK, I felt that the price was quite high getting a package from the USA to the UK. That said, although I could find advice online about services at around 50% of the one I ended up using, I could not turn that advice into something I could order (maybe finger trouble on my part, I don't know). So I ended up using DHL though Parcel Monkey. The instructions provided by Parcel Monkey were basically perfect. There was a slight problem that I could not specify the opening hours of the pick up point, but this turned out not to matter. Shipping progress was reported on the Parcel Monkey web site really clearly and in a timely way. The actual time the package took to get here was amazingly quick. I had no problems with customs (although I did have to pay an import duty). I would use this service again.
