Poor service. Parcel took way longer to arrive than expected and this morning you had the audacity to charge my account with another 40$ and claim it from paypal without my concent. I will never make use of you again or recommemnd you to anybody.

So far, Parcel Monkey is a winner. My only hitch was that the image to print did not fit on a label. In fact, the address for one of my packages, did not show so I had to go home to reprint. I simply copied the image onto a WORD document and reprinted. If I had not been technologically proficient, it might have been problematic. My other packages directions have been super easy. The drop off location is very convenient and so I will use this service through Parcel Monkey for more and more of my international shipping needs.
