When I dropped my package off they took it in the back room and said they would take care of everything. The box wasn't taped shut yet and that made me feel uncomfortable.

Convenient Service and Lower Cost

Getting label created was easy and instructions were clear on what was needed. Package drop off people were helpful. Would have been good to know what the expected customs fee would be so my recipient would not have had to pay. Significantly cheaper than going through carrier directly.
