The instructions and packing were easy and straight forward! I also love that they were able to e-mail the recipient to let them know that a package was on the way. I don't think it took longer than a week and a day or two if I remember correctly. It arrived a day before her actual birthday, so that was perfect! I am happy it made it to her on time and I cut the shipping costs in half by using Parcel Monkey. I will continue to use Parcel Monkey every time I need to ship international from now on!
