This was the worst experience I have ever had. I would NEVER use them again. The package arrived here in a normal amount of time...but once in country the horror began. The company that Federal Express uses in Morocco called Global X is the worst of the worst! I had to call them more than 25 times in the 2 weeks they had my package. Laila who is in charge of something that has to do with packages and delivery is impossible to reach at all. In the 25 times I called after sitting on hold between 8 and 20 minutes I was hung up on 15 times. After spending 297.00 dollars to ship this 23 pound box, I got to spend another 1349 DH (about another 150 dollars) additional expenses for ?? not sure?? and then another 45 Dh (5 dollars) for them to deliver the box to me. So 19 days later I received my shipment which I wondered if I would every receive. I would NEVER recommend shipping to Morocco using this company (they operate here for Federal Express but are known as Global X). Terrible!

First time hearing about you...was kinda worried about my package, shipped international and all. Just received confirmation that the package arrived and in less than the time estimated.
