Worked as planned. Very easy to use and the rate was much lower than any other service I checked. Package arrived in Denmark on time and undamaged.

Upon dropping off my package and paperwork, I was not instructed by the employees to sign the commercial invoices. This has caused delays in Customs.
When dropping off another package today an employee asked me to sign. This is the first time I've been asked to sign the documents when dropping off a package.
