Delayed delivery

5 days delayed from the scheduled delivery date. cant understand why ? it has been sitting in destination city/town since 6 days. only delivered on 6th day ??

I am surprised they did the job, the package got delivered without any major issues, took 2 weeks but that's understandable due to all the COVID-19 challenges. Over all very happy
Reliable Parcel Service

So far I’ve chosen to send my package with two method. The cheapest one did not deliver! The reliable FedEx service is recommended although it’s not the cheapest! However, when the parcel gets to the destination (Surabaya, Indonesia) there is custom fee of $47.40. The parcel was delivered to the address. So, overall I paid $80.50+47.40= $127.90 for a 7.5 lbs parcel. Expensive!! But still there’s a need to send care package like this.
