FedEx has been absolute nightmare
Parcel arrived in Italy custom required ? Clearance code because my daughter holding UK passport did not given clearance code
So much problems l had to chase and call fedex at least 10 times ,very little help at the end got there

Services take you money and you lose a lot

It f@ insane ! Never use this service again I paid $150 to delivery a packet in 5 days; Now (writing) nobody have an idea where is my packet and extra charges of $85 without my authorization; yes because they have you cc numbers and my family do not received the packet , I left many ms on the private account nobody cares, now I have to go public !
I paid for a services delivery to my family door with Fled-ex ; via Parcel monkey you both are responsable for this and to answer my question.
Be careful when you need to send parcel , do not choice this options ... I paid so far $150 for delivery and other $85 with out notice or asking me ... this is not ok !!!
