Pricey, but less then USPS and few others. First time used, skeptical in light of challenging times, but package was delivered in 4 days. This was an International shipment from US East coast to Republic of Korea. Easy to set up and everything is done online, including customs documentation.

I wanted a quick delivery to Australia for a small gift. Parcelmonkey connected me with FEDEX. Labels and customs declaration were printed home, the parcel dropped at FEDEX/Walgreens, and the recipient immediately received an email predicting receipt in 6 days. The parcel was delivered on time. Very happy.
