DO NOT use this service to ship to Greece. FedEx contracts with an extremely dishonest 3rd party broker service called Orbit Couriers S.A. charging GROSSLY inflated (10 times normal) fees to clear customs. I ship 100s of international parcels a year and I am very familiar with the customs process. This is a 3rd party given clearance by FedEx to fleece their customers.
FedEx is saying I had a choice of brokers when purchasing the label but there IS no choice when purchasing through Parcel Monkey (except NOT to use this service). And shame on FedEx for using a dishonest, third party company.
