Bad service

Your service is so bad and I'm still awaiting for a cashback. This shipment were not delivered on the time frame you said because you used up to 3 different freight carriers.

Beware of hidden costs on delivery

I was charged another $28 at delivery and Parcel Monkey was unable to explain I think the company needs to be able to explain why packages are being charged import duties when they should not be

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience on this order.
Any additional charges made at the time of collecting the parcel are not shipping charges, they are import taxes and duty fees levied by the local government. Unfortunately, for this reason, Customs fees are out of our control.
All Parcel Monkey international orders are shipped DDU (delivered duty unpaid). Any customs fees owed will need to be paid for by the recipient, as explained during the booking process. When this order was booked, you agreed that you take responsibility for the importation process in the destination country and all this entails.
