Unable to speak to this company on the phone the email system to get hold of anyone is difficult, even the chat line does not work? The system gives me a time of delivery of 6am do not think this solicitor opens at that time?? Seems no way of obtaining a signed POD.In future I will keep with Transglobal.

First time using Parcelmonkey, and I loved it

It was my first time using Parcelmonkey, and I really loved it!! I used it USA to Japan, and it costed less than half price of UPS, USPS, or FeDex regular prices. If you doubt the trust of this brand, don't worry about it.
I used protected option (which was around 9 dollars), 11X6X8 with 3lb. It was around 53 dollars. I stoped by FeDex and USPS to check the price too (because that I only knew those places only), but it was over 110 dollars.
I hope this brand get more popular, so many people can use it, and other companies also can decrease international shipping fee.
