First time using Parcel Monkey and I'm very happy with it! I was a bit concerned purchasing and sending through a 3rd party but prices were much cheaper than sending directly with carrier. I had to cancel my first shipment after paying, contacted them about it and was refunded promptly. Re-purchased when my package was ready, dropped off at FedEx, and my package arrived at destination on time as scheduled. I'm ready to send another package with them!
