I shipped a light item from CA to UK. I can see every step of transfer with the tracking system they provided. The item was transferred from the local drop off office, then to a local shipping center, then to Oakland airport, then to Memphis, TN. Once it left US arriving in UK, the item was delivered within 24 hours. The service is effective and satisfying.
One suggestion, Parcel Monkey could instruct customers to drop off shipping item at any local Fedex shipping center if available instead of any print office. In my case, this could have saved one day.

Good cheap and reliable service

Slightly glitchy app, but overall less complex than FedEx or UPS. And prices were better. Tracking was a problem. Package was actually still in customs when app showed it had cleared customs and was out for delivery.
