False information about the parcel drop off at FedEx

The company website specifically said that I can drop off my international parcel at FedEx using my package box. I just need to stick both the online shipping label and custom form provided by parcel monkey on the package and I am good to go.
However, when I arrived at FedEx it was a different story. The FedEx staff told me that FedEx don’t accept other shipping boxes or print out custom form except their own. So I need to unpack everything and repack everything inside the FedEx shipping box. And fill out the FedEx custom form that was provided by FedEx.
The whole process took me an additional half an hour at the FedEx store. It was an hassle.

This is the best. Only issue is when it gets to the country it is going to,it is delayed in delivery for a few days.
(which isn't International Drop off's fault) I am always very happy with the service, just wish it was a bit less expensive. But I have tried DHL and it has been over two weeks and the box just left the U.S. ugh..will def. use International .
