The process of preparing and printing the labels was extremely simple and easy to do. The drop off at FEDEX location was very quick as well. Overall, I am very pleased about the whole service, and I saved more than $150 by sending the package through Parcel Monkey instead of FEDEX directly.

When I book this shipment it says will be delivered by 1-3 business days. But it took 7days to deliver my package.
I had an other option which will be delivered in 7 days for 35$ and I have paid much so that it can deliver in 1-3 days but it took one week to deliver which is very disappointing.Agent replied on 01/14/20

However, the service selected for this order has an estimated delivery window of 2 - 5 business days, which does not include holidays or weekends.
Upon investigation, this package was given to the carrier on Monday, January 6, and was delivered Saturday. January 11, which is under the 5 business days allowed for the service selected for this order.
