excellent service. Parcel Monkey was fast and less than half the price. I will be using Parcel monkey for all of my International shipping needs. Service is top tier.

(1) Parcel was a few days later than promised. (2) Customer service did not know what was happening with parcel when it was overseas when i called on all 3 occasions. (3) Requested new account setup and payment for customs duties from both sender and recipient. Billed twice?? (4) Required multiple calls from both sender and recipient to get parcel delivered. (5) Customer service not responsive and did not return calls as promised.

In this case, the shipment was delayed because it had been held up in Customs, which is out of our control and not included as part of the transit time for any shipment.

Parcel Monkey is the GOAT!

I am totally impressed with the delivery service! My daughter received her package, from NC to Thailand, promptly! The fees were awesome and I really loved how they contacted her to sign for the package for delivery. I will use Parcel Monkey for all my shipping needs!

Delivery Driver lied about trying to make a delivery

After waiting all day at home, the driver stated they attempted to deliver the package and no one was at home. On a GPS check of the driver's whereabout, the driver was never in my area at the time they said they tried to make the delivery. Live in a rural area of San Francisco
