The local Kinko's/FedEx branch was the drop-off point. They let me use their cart for the 66-lb item. Even though it was prepaid, with the pre-printed Parcel Monkey shipping label and pro-forma invoice, the agent carefully double-checked it to make sure there was no problem. Very helpful service.

I only wish I had found Parcel Monkey sooner! The process was simple and I'm thrilled I can once again send packages to Mexico. I had horrendous experience with USPS (cost, returned packages, 12 weeks to get an envelope delivered) and was devastated that I couldn't send items to my daughter and her family. Parcel Monkey delivered within 7 days, which is great during this time of year at a very reasonable price.
