Totally incompetent service from FedEx (USA) personnel

FedEx (USA) were clueless about how to deal with my parcel that was held in UK Customs. Over five days, I spent countless hours on at least a dozen calls which got me nowhere. I eventually had to call FedEx in the UK (at my expense). After five more calls with them, I finally spoke to someone who had a clue. She asked me to send them a simple email (containing the same info I attached to the parcel in triplicate). After this, the tracking told me it would be delivered later that day. It wasn't. It was eventually delivered the following day. If I have a choice, I will never use FedEx again.
