First time I used this vendor - I was able to pack more stuff into my own box rather than using one of the standard boxes that USPS (my previous shipper) provides. Parcel Monkey selected FedEx as the transporter and I was able to print out the shipping and customs labels on my own computer. The local FedEx office was super-helpful in attaching the customs forms when I dropped the parcel off. The cost was higher than the previous year's USPS postage but I was able to send more this time. The only odd thing I noticed was the somewhat strange route (via France!) that the package took from the USA to the United Kingdom but it took less than a week to arrive.
