Love this service. My daughter moved to Norway and shipping through this company has made it so simple to send her items she misses from the US.

Terrible service... shipping label never gets created and your support kept me hanging for 90 minutes. This is worse service than Ryanair.. Last time I'm using Parcel Monkey.

Easy to work with and efficient. I am not yet sure when the package will be delivered, but thus far, the process has been excellent.
