I never wrote a bad review anywhere.!! I'm a business owner myself, I completely understand, and my tolerance on bad customer service is pretty high...but these guy really got me.
2 to 5 business days? Very wishful thinking
If you want to actually get package to destination, then just do what normal folks would do...use real carrier DHL, UPS, Fed Ex
I sent the package thru Percel Monkey on 10/8/2019 suppose to get to Thailand in 5 days. As of today 10/25/19, it's been only 17 days and the best response from them is "the relevant department is looking in to it"
