I use this service frequently and am overall satisfied. The only issue is that the time frame delivery window gets missed by a 2-3 days. This time I was not in a hurry, so being off by a couple days was okay.

It was very easy to send a parcel to my friend. The drop off at FedEx was very quick and the staff was very nice. I'll definitely use it again.
