Package arrived late and customer service was of absolutely no help. would not recommend or use this service again.

I used this website to mail a small parcel from California to Australia. The rate was competitive and online service easy to use. We did not use a home pick up service. We are not on the metric system in the USA so converting centimeters to inches slowed the process a little.
