We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service provided, however, please note that the service you selected was 2- 5 business days, however, the parcel was held by customs which caused the delays. In regards to customs, they are a governing agency and therefore we have no control over their clearance process. If you would like to discuss this further then please do contact us.
