DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF SENDING TO INDIA!

I sent my personal trolley bag to India. The customs was seriously an issue and parcel monkey doesn't provide you with proper information about it. I had to pay $$$ extra just to get my bag cleared from customs. My carrier was FedEx and they had no experience in handling clearances from customs. It was a great deal of hassle for the receiving party as they had to go to the customs-offices multiple times, hire agents etc. Not to mention the delay it caused. Never going to use Parcel monkey and will strongly advise against it.
