The courier delivered the packages within the time frame promised by Parcel Monkey, which was wonderful. HOWEVER, Fedex was completely OFF in their tracking information, which caused us high anxiety until the delivery took place. As of TODAY, 12/24, they said that one of the packages would be delivered on 12/27, after Christmas, when in reality it was delivered on Sunday, 12/23 in Morocco. Anyway, we thank Parcel Monkey for keeping their word.

Item was damaged during shipping which overshadowed the price and the speed at which the package was delivered.

Amazing service and lightening fast! I shipped on a Monday to Germany from the US and by a Thursday I received notification that the package was delivered!
Best of all, no waiting in lines at the post office and less than half the price of shipping USPS. I was able to print my shipping label and all the customs paperwork from home and then just dropped off at my local fed ex store.
