The delivery went pretty smoothly. It could simply be a quirk about customs in South Africa but the package did get held up there for a few extra days due to a request for information that I had already provided and had attached to the package. Otherwise the communication was good and the package was delivered safe and sound within the time frame that was required.

Ground staff has no idea what documents are needed and they gave false date of 3rd Dec but parcel came on 5th and was stuck with customs, then once customs cleared package they gave 8 dec as delivery date but delivery guy kept lying that he is coming to my house and we are not at home to give him money. Later when i shouted at customer care today I got my parcel. Really bad service
