This transaction was horrible sent this out on oct 17th it still has not reached my customer I have had multiple messages back and fourth first stating we are looking into it then the package was lost then get another message it was found then get another message it hasn't shipped from the warehouse yet and yet i had tracking information... This has been horrible... Its like they do not care give you the run around and its all for what i am still awaiting the updated tracking info and i am going to have my customer inspect the entire unit because if there is one scratch or it has been thrown around like i football i will seek damages as well as have my client do the same and i will blackball this compnany up and down google as i do have friends that know the ins and outs of google.... This is not the first time this has happened to my packages...I am about ready to seek another company as this was one of the most terrible service i have yet to date.
