Delivered exactly when they said it would be - easy drop-off at local fedex/kinkos. Wonderful service, I'll definitely use this again.

Less than satisfactory

Overall a poor experience. The recipient was billed for customs and import taxes, despite the fact that they owned the merchandise and this was clearly stated on the parcel. Additional charges were added a month after delivery citing the reason "inaccurate measurements" of the parcel. However the parcel was accurately measured twice and could not have been "inaccurate." The new charge was applied without "request for payment," which felt like it was taking a liberty with my credit card.
