I used this service to ship 2 huge boxes, 22x22x22, weighted about 80 lbs each from NY to Germany. The biggest problem with this service was that they wouldn't pick up my shipments, hence I had to drop them off. There was a bit of confusion to place labels and documents on the box because there was no clear instruction to do so. I dropped them off Friday, by Monday they were in Germany. I waited a week while the boxes were at the custom, which was provided by their tracking system, before I contacted the Parcelmonkey to ask them about the situation and I was told that boxes were being held at the custom.
Long story short, one of the boxes was delivered 2 weeks after I dropped them off, and the second box was delivered a few business days later. The recipient was billed for the customs fee, not a lot, which I understand it has nothing to do with the service I chose.
For a shipment that's big and heavy, and that's not urgent, I highly recommend this service.
