Items Damaged In Transit

One of the items arrived damaged. I took care to package the items carefully and am disappointed they were not delivered in tact. Outside of that, I am pleased with the delivery. It was delivered a day earlier than anticipated, the ParcelMonkey service was easy to use and reasonably priced.

it was actually quite annoying that i placed 2 orders - (one for pickup and one for drop off), but when i realized both items were fedex, i figured they could just pick up both orders. since it's going to fedex anyway and what's 1 extra package. It was already prepped and paid for, but when it came to pickup they just took the 1 package and left the other. it seems a bit silly since it's really no additional work for them to have taken 1 extra package with them.
