My experience with parcel monkey has been nothing short of exceptional. I made an error and didn’t realize it until I completed the order. The customer service team was very pleasant and helpful. My order was cancelled the next day so I could create a new order. The package was shipped to London from Houston Texas, and arrived in a few days time at the fraction of the cost it would have been via another courier. I also received a full refund on the first order as promised within the week. Thumbs up and 10 stars to Parcel Monkey!
