Parcel monkey is good, Fedex is bad

I used Parcel Monkey service. They are very good. It was fast and easy. It was 40% cheaper than directly going to Fedex.
Customer service of Fedex is horrible in Destination country. I would have hoped Parcel MOnkey would be able to provide info on fedex customer care number of the location where the package was but I could not find it anywhere.
