Amazingly fast and easy!!

It could not have been easier! I took my package and paperwork to FedEx and it was processed quickly. The lady was so sweet and took care of the putting the paperwork in the pouch she supplied. I also saved money over using USPS and it was so much easier. I will be using Parcel Monkey from now on!!

OnLine application produces insufficient paperwork for international shipments

The online application did not print sufficient documentation for inclusion with the shipment. The counter service agent at FedEx examined the documentation provided and had to make extra copies of the shipping page, as well as the customer invoice. I was informed that if the shipment had not included the extra copies it would have been sent back.
