Although this was my first shipment through Parcel Monkey it went easily and well. The method of carrier selection is straight forward and the pricing is clearly stated. Mine was an international shipment and as it happened was held at customs for a while. The delay being listed in the the delivery tracking, was, i thought, a nice feature of the service.

Package arrived save but it took all 14 business days. Hoping it was going to be sooner since it said 4 to 14 business days.
