The parcel wasn't scanned and hence untrackable. In the 2 parcels I sent (each 66lb/30 kg) I had most of my personal belongings and therefore it was stressful losing track. Customer service was very responsive but said they couldn't assist since they don't see in the system that it was sent. It also takes longer than declared on the website. The first item arrived today (7 working days) the other is still to come.
