Pleasant experience shipping to Italy

Parcelmonkey made it super simple to ship a small package to Italy. They had me mail my package through FedEx and provided me a tracking number as well. I just packaged my box as instructed with the customs form attached on the outside of the box and dropped it off at any FedEx drop off location. I would use this service again!

They won't deliver

It sent via FedEx. It never delivered. The facility refused to give me an answer. They continue to scan the package daily and it's at the facility. I called daily for a week and they give me a run around of they'll call me back and they don't have updates. It's been a week. Are they going to deliver it or not.
