incomplete custom documentation

Parcelmonkey is a must if you plan on sending new items across the ocean.
My case didn't go smoothly. I didn't have the necessary info on my custom documents and my 20lbs of used shoes was charged extra by custom ($185). Parcel monkey should improve the form and allow the client to feed it with all the info necessary to his/her own shipment case.
