This was my first experience with Parcel Monkey. I was very skeptic although since the price was about $100 less than the actual price. However, I was very pleased with the service. The courier was FedEx and they printed my documents, attached the custom pouch etc for me. The package was dropped off Friday afternoon and was delivered Thursday morning. FedEx was always updated and responsive. I’m pleased with the quick delivery given the pandemic,
Parcel monkey itself doesn’t have good customer service and it takes ages to get replies and mostly they aren’t useful, their tracker said delivery attempt failed where as the package had just arrived in the country and when I contacted them for more details, they said ask the courier we don’t know, which makes me skeptical that if there is ever a problem, would parcel monkey help out?
Service and price itself is excellent. Had a good experience.

Drop off was great..
It would have been good to have an email address on the customs declaration: there was a bit of a gap but I called, paid and got it cleared.
