Easy to use and great value compared to other services

Beware of additional fees in Italy!

I love this service (Parcel Monkey)...HOWEVER I was quite unhappy to find that my friend in Italy had to pay an additional $86 in fees for a gift from me (that I already paid a price cost for to send to her) when they delivered her package. The contents in it wasn't worth that much.

This process was so easy. I entered the shipping information, selected the delivery and printed the label. I dropped off my package at Fed Ex and it was in London 5 days later. What great service.
