I sent my package through the highs of COVID 19. My shipment was 3-5 days and I believe if it wasn't for COVID 19 and customs (mainly customs) my package would of been 2-3 days earlier. I used Fedex when I got the labels, tracking was accurate and the price was $600/$700 less than what I was getting quoted for directly by UPS, FedEx and USPS! Thank you! I will use services again!

Service as promised?

Review updated 5/12/20: Today I was unexpectedly charged $259.42 in addition to the original total quoted price of $40.62 already paid for the same shipment. I assume this must be a mistake and have requested a refund of the additional charge which I never agreed to or authorized. I will update my review and number of stars (originally 5) once Parcel Monkey responds to my request.
Original Review: International delivery of package was completed without any problems. Package was even delivered one day earlier than expected. Total cost was less than half of using the courier service website directly. This was my first experience using Parcel Monkey and I did not have to deal with customer service so I can't comment on that. I would use Parcel Monkey again based on this experience.
