Lack of procedure

I host (fedex) hadn't a clue what to do. Neither did I. I have uninvariably neglected to attach the customs form. What is my recourse?

Using EMS via parcel Monkey was very easy. EMS delivered my parcels to Australia, with no losses , damage and in a timely manner...easy drop off at my nearest FED Ex store too!!. Parcel Monkey is the best overseas package service Ive used in the last 2 years.
