Great Alternative for sending things overseas
By Annette Soroory on 01/28/20
I had to send a legal document to my attorney in Crete Greece. The document was sent through a discounted Fed Ex rate for delivery in 3-5 business day. That rate was almost 1/2 the rate that I would have had to pay through FedEx. Customs documents were included in the confirmation email for my order along with my Fed Ex label. Printed them out at home, completed the customs forms and dropped it off at the nearest Fed Ex. It made it safely to his office and within the timeframe given. Will definitely use this service again!

Hi Marwa,
We are very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced in this case.
As you have previously been advised, FedEx reported that the dimensions for this parcels were 17 " x 17 " x 8 " and this order was invoiced based on this information. Unfortunately, without any verifiable evidence that the dimensions recorded by FedEx were inaccurate, we are unable to dispute the charges with FedEx.
Please remember that Parcel Monkey is a price comparison service, not a courier. Since we do not handle your goods we must rely on the information provided by our courier partners as they are the ones handling the shipments.
Please note that when you purchase a label through Parcel Monkey, it is a prepaid label based on the dimensions provided at the time the order was booked. As stated during the booking process, if the parcel dimensions are larger than declared, added charges will be passed by the courier based on the actual dimensions recorded by the courier.
Kind regards,
Tasha
